Over the years, our cheddar develops richer and more complex flavors! The result is an extremely rich and nutty flavor, with a distinctly sharp and slightly tangy bite at the end. The texture of this cheese is granular and crumbly, with hard salt-like crystals called calcium lactate.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
